If you’re trying to do everything you can to be more earth friendly including how you wash your vehicle. Then you probably seek alternative ways to go about the process.
There are various options available to those wish to keep their vehicles clean and still lessen their carbon footprint. One such method that is briefly discussed in the article over at Fox Rio 2 News involves waterless car washes. Basically the concept works in that you use mild abrasive cleaners to wipe away surface dirt and stains, then wipe it again to rinse away the cleaner all without any use of water. No water is used at all.
For heavy stains, they advise natural based remedies such as peanut butter to get the stains out. Again sans water. Pretty clever, if you ask us.
