Ideally, banners and ads would be at the forefront of eating up space in public buses. But in this case, Marc Granen has come up with a new and unique idea, practically placing a garden on top of buses. The green roof for buses is better known as Phyto Kinetic.
Not only does the garden roof on buses offer something different, it also adds to the need of purifying the air we breathe. Considering that open spaces are slowly dilapidating, these Phyto Kinetic roofs are surely a neat idea.
The system can reportedly purify up to 100,000 square meters of space, a big help especially for citites which have a serious pollution problem. Just imagine the good it could do in cities where buses are aplenty? Perhaps such an add-on could be great even to the electric-powered buses now slowly being used in select regions.
