Ideally, we would see fossil fuel and renewable energy work hand in hand. Actually many would even think that the two are related. But somehow over in Germany, such has not been the case.
In fact, the two are jawing against each other. The government of Germany is reportedly in the middle of the dilemma where its supposed largest gas, electric and water utility has threated to relocate in Turkey.
Apparently the German government has been pushing for renewable energy while E.ON is currently serving the energy needs of the country. Apparently Germany has considered the Fukushima disaster in the move, something which has not only led E.ON to rethink its business outlook but also other local companies who are feeling the pinch.
