Google investing in Geothermal
Google are well known for their good intentions division Google.org, they give out cash to worthy causes and it seems that saving the planet sounds like a worthy cause these days. Which is probably why Google.org is investing $10.25 million into the natural way of producing power, geothermal energy?

The funding will go towards the mapping of geothermal systems, producing tools that will provide information and a geothermal energy policy agenda. EGS is slightly different to normal geothermal energy because it actually creates pockets of steam.
