		<description>Thank you for the tips.  I live in FL and have found that geothermal air conditioning is one way to stay cool and still think of the environment.  They are more expensive at first, but the energy savings (50% or more) along with the tax credits (30%) for installing geothermal air conditioning pays for itself in a few years.  Just a thought...</description>
