Bill Gates Invests in Bio-Fuels
There is no arguing with Bill Gates if he feels that Sapphire Energy the company that plans to make bio-fuels from algae, is good investment than it must be. The company has raised over a hundred million dollars so far, including the investment from Bill Gate’s Cascade Investment.
Sapphire Energy has already produced 91 octane fuel from algae, but they say that they will be able to produce other types are fuel too, such as jet fuel and diesel. Within five years, the company predict that they could be producing around ten thousand barrels of fuel per day.

That is really interesting I hadn’t heard of them making bio-fuels from algea. I may have to read up on that a little more.
