Gig Pack Wearable Scooters

by Brian Yalung on Thursday, February 2nd, 2012

As we continue to move forward when it comes to looking for ideal transport alternative, old scooters can be a great alternative to the usual pedal-powered bike. But what makes the Gig Pack scooter different is the fact that it allows users the privilege of worrying less about parking problems or where to leave it thanks mainly to its foldability and storage option.

The scooter comes with a handy backpack which one can hide away after or when not in use. A small compartment opens up on the back side to let you flip down the deck and rear wheel. There’s even some room inside of the pack for other stuff, even when the scooter is in wearable mode.

The scooter when packed is supported by rubber wheels. In fact, the whole pack can hold a person who weighs for up to 90 kilos.

However, the Gig Pack Scooter is still a prototype for now and not yet immediately available in the market. But you have to admit that its concept is ingenious and should certainly be a big help for the growing transport and fuel issues we are currently facing.
