The Coffee Powered Car

Perhaps inspired by the movie Back to the Future where garbage was turned into fuel, coffee is now the new element being tried out to power certain vehicles. A 1988 Volkswagen Scirocco was modified to run on coffee grounds for some alternative fuel choices in the future.
Cost-wise however, it is not so ideal. Coffee does cost and considering you have to use an equivalent of 56 espressos for a single mile doesn’t really speak well for people who are tightening their belts. Well give them credit for trying!
