My kids always tend to go for the good old kid powered toys in their toy box, such as wooden blocks, and games that don't require batteries. They do love many of the popular battery powered toys, but after the batteries die the toy just sits in the bottom of the toy box, and they go back to the blocks, and games.

Products such as this, that are more fitting for the environment, and also powered by regular movement, are beginning to outperform standard toys of the past, which are starting to seem inappropriate or outdated. Kids eventually end up finding out some of the benefits as well, and they feel fine using any product that makes their time go by in a more enjoyable fashion.
