One of the contestants on the tv show Survivor, Brendan Synnott, is launching an all natural and organic collection of frozen burritos called Evol Burritos.

There isn’t much detail yet on the healthy frozen burrito collection other than it’s being launched later this fall. Brendan Synnott, the Survivor contestant turned organic food retailer, has put up a simple one page website to giveaway samples to the first 50,000 who sign up for it.

The Evol Burrito project is set to launch fall 2009 and as new details come out, we will update you. But for now feel free to sign up and score a free organic burrito coupon.

As the barriers come in two pieces all these need is to be reorganised and the barrier goes from stop traffic to a seat where people can sit comfortably and watch the traffic pass them by.

This was originally designed as a corporate gift with seventy per cent of the packaging being used to build the lamp. The electrical parts are place neatly in section at the bottom of the box; they have even included a CFL light bulb. While the building instructions are printed on the back of the box.

The great thing about making itself is that you are able to decide the shape, colour and size of the lampshade.

You will need around a hundred plastic bottle caps, these can come from juice, milk or mineral water bottles, some cardboard and some brass wire to keep them all together, and the basic build is simple. Make hole in the cap, thread the wire through and fix it to the cardboard, it is easy.

As funny as it would seem to be, it’s just not going to happen.

But what Arnie really likes is a super muscle car like the Dodge Challenger, it is very similar to the General Lee as used in the Dukes of Hazard, although it has to be said that this particular car does look slightly more menacing than the General Lee and will get around thirteen miles to gallon.

Green Fest hits Navy Pier in Chicago, this weekend, May 17 and 18.

With over 350 businesses and 150 speakers, this eco friendly minded festival shakes up Chi-Town. This is a rather large event, in 2007 there were over 31,000 attendees, and this year sets the stage for an even bigger event.

You can do all of the following (and more) at the 2008 Chicago GreenFest:

  • watch a demonstration
  • mingle with other eco conscious consumers
  • visit booths from local green busineeses
  • sample vegetarian and vegan fare
  • pick up green freebies
  • join contests
  • and so much more.

The Green Festival kicks off today till 8pm, and opens again tomorrow, May 18, from 11am till 6pm in Chicago’s Navy Pier.
