Solar power technology has come a long way in recent years. There was a time when it was only any good for calculators, but now solar power is becoming more available to everyone in a lot of different ways.
1
There is a new company called Sunrise Solar, who specialize in the production of solar panels. They have come up with an idea where the sunroof of car is replaced with their solar power unit. This will then keep the car battery fully charged

One thing about delivering goods to vital distribution areas is transporting them through rigs and trucks. We all know for a fact that the emissions that these large trucks let out contribute towards the growing concern of pollution and health concerns. With the price of fuel going up all of the time, it seems that the electric bike is becoming one of the world’s hot properties. Amazon the online sales store has reported that sales of electric bikes have increased by six thousand per cent this year alone.
In fact there were over ten thousand electric bikes sold during 2007, which is staggering and just goes to prove that these bikes although fairly expensive, they start at around $1,500 the e

There is no doubt that plastic has been getting some bad press recently, in fact it probably goes back around ten or twelve years when plastic was first named as an eco badguy. It’s been deemed an eco badguy with good reason, too. After all, plastic hangs around the planet for hundreds of years after initial use, and sadly, the plastic pile just keeps growing.

Jatropha Plant
In these times, where oil is perhaps one of the hot topics the world is talking about, the search for alternative fuel is rampant. We have seen the suggestions of such alternative fuel like algae and biodiesels. However, in India and the Philippines, a plant called Jatropha can perhaps add to these alternatives.
Jatropha is a tree, growing in the Gambia bush. The seeds contain oil that can be used as fuel: about 1/3 of the weight o

We all know that bikes are great. They are green and keep you fit! This one designed by Matt Clark is even greater than the average bike because it is made from plastic and can be totally recycled!

It is surprising that something like this has not been done before. The idea is easy enough, it is just a matter of putting it into practice. Of course, it would have been a lot better if it had been made by using recycled plastic, but there is

Pollution is one of the contributing aspects of the greenhouse gases issue and while many have advised and come up with varying degrees of addressing this issue, nothing has really been seen to resolve pollution from driving.
Now the fuel and oil price issues are helping a lot but just the same it remains that there should be more solutions to address the growing pollution problems the world is experiencing right now.
