We can always plug them in but the fact remains sockets and outlets may not be always available. Also, it would be a concern for people on the go since stopping for a about 30 minutes or so to charge our devices may not necessarily be acceptable.

Apple Unveils Eco-Friendly iPod Nano 4G

Here is something most gadget freaks are going to be looking for. Apple has just released its thinnest and eco-friendly iPod Nano 4G that comes with new features. We all know that ever since Apple has unveiled its new line of MP3 player for gadget and music lovers out there, the iPod has been pretty much in demand.

So now we see a new age of Apple iPods that will surely be in the news in the coming days. Thinner and better, it has been tagged as serving eco-friendly standards due to its arsenic-free glass and a mercury and PVC-free body that is ‘highly recyclable’.

With that said, Steve Jobs has done it again!

He said: ‘We think these new Nanos are the cleanest toxic-free iPods we’ve ever built.’ They come in aluminium and a range of colours from purple to lime green.

The new Nanos are expected to sell in the UK for ?109 for the 8GB version and ?149 for the 16GB version.

Will Apple ever cease their wondrous innovations? I know, i know, what a terribly dumb question. Its what they do, its what they are all about. Next up is MacBook Air.

Im not a techy, so i wont go into the miraculous technological advances of this laptop. But i can tell you, that it is meant for the next generation, the one that is pretty much 80-100% wireless. It comes with 2Gb of memory, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, a 80GB hard drive, and 802.11n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR built in.

The MacBook Air green features include: mercury-free LCD display screen, recyclable aluminum case, PVC-free circuit boards, EPEAT silver certified (electronics equivalent to Energy Star) and less packaging.
