I think this is great, but I'm distracted by the thought of all the coal-based electricity getting eaten up by all the TV sets watching the Emmy's. I am shopping for a new flat panel TV to replace my old CRT tube set. My old set uses 170 watts, and the new Plasma and LCD sets I'm looking at eat 300-450 watts! I was hoping my new set would be more efficient, not less! I guess all those HD pixels are hungry for electrons. What peeves me is that it's nearly impossible to get the wattage draw of these new sets off any of the web sites with info about these new TVs - that includes the manufacturers own web sites. Now that's a travesty! Leonardo D., can't you do something about that?!

FYI, check out my blog www.greenjoe.com for my 2 cents on all things green...
