All Eyes on the Litterbugs
People may find littering offensive but some people do not know how to prevent it from occurring. Some just happen to take it for granted and some are even becoming litterbugs thanks to their continued disregard for observing proper safekeeping of putting litter in its place.
In places like Washington, littering is a grave offense. There are fines to be paid and rewards given to litter violators. Littering contributes to added waste. Just find a trashcan and put garbage where is should be.
