American builds an 84 Square Foot Home and Lives in it.
In Seattle, a woman has built a home that is 84 square feet, about the size of a parking space. She states in the video she wanted to go back to simplicity and live a more frugal and less materialistic life. She heats her home with propane, and averages a winter energy bill of $6 a month.
The house from what i can see in the video is made from wood, including the commode. This is definitely affordable, i’m going to ask her to build me an energy-efficient “tiny home” in Chicago.
