They explored the world of online internet dating green-style and this is what they found:
Green Passions is a free social networking site that looks like MySpace and Match.com met and spawned a green community.
Vegan Passions is set up as the same type of format, catered to – you guessed it – vegans.
Earth Wise Singles is a membership based online service that boasts “green-living and environmentally responsible adults.” A quick click through reveals that this is not your average mass dating site and includes profiles of real people of all ages with similar interests.
Green Singles is a “vegetarian owned and operated community of singles”. What began as a paper newsletter in 1985 is now an online, members only network with different levels of membership designed to help make matches between liberal, “kindred spirits”.
