Eco friendly diapers

by David Allen on Wednesday, June 20th, 2007

Disposable diapers are extremely un eco friendly they take 500 years to degrade and are just a nightmare for the whole refuse industry, so it is great to see that there is a choice and that there is an excellent alternative to the normal disposable diapers.

The diapers from gDiapers the differences clear, they have a colorful outer liner which can be washed like any normal clothing, while the disposable part is made from tree farmed pulp which is fluffed up to make a great liner that is a fantastic absorber that is able to hold up to one hundred times its weight in liquid.

The liners can be flushed away and take only two months to decompose. In the US there are fifty million diapers used per day, which means there are twenty billion per year, just imagine the difference these gDiapers could make.
