Surfboards are no different from the usual skateboards, meaning that at some point, they will also use up their life. And while others would venture out to come up with a recycled or reuse itinerary, a person named Danny Hess thinks otherwise – a sustainable surfboard.
Of course, it took him some time, designing surfboards and searching for the most ideal one. Apparently a sustainably harvested wood was able to do the trick.
Built from a frame of poplar and amapolato wood to serve as the outer shell which seals the frame with a deck and bottom, Danny was able to pride himself as one of the world’s premier surfboard shapers.
The success is something but apparently Danny is not yet content. He still strives to make the ultimate sustainable surfboard, something which certainly leaves a lot of endless possibilities.
