California Fires are Products of Climate Change
The blazes that have hit California are all over the news today. While people now are more concerned on containing the razing inferno, people are taking notice of earlier warnings to which where climate change will lead. Apparently, these fires are included in those studies and are holding true to the premonitions that were earlier made.
For sure, there would still be people who would not agree and call it a simple sign of coincidence. But considering the constant occurrences of these fires, it is apparent that climate change does have something to do with them in the long run and people are just playing blind to avoid making early predictions from being reliable and true.
The catastrophic fires that are sweeping Southern California are consistent with what climate change models have been predicting for years, experts say, and they may be just a prelude to many more such events in the future — as vegetation grows heavier than usual and then ignites during prolonged drought periods.
