GreenHabitatHangers, a Gauteng-based company, now developed a 100% recyclable hanger in a bid to curb the endless stream of plastic hangers that ends up in South Africa’s already overburdened landfills.
These eco-friendly hangers are manufactured from 100% recycled post-consumer waste. “Previously used, natural and biodegradable board and paper are used in this process,” explains Werner Lindeque, co-founder of GreenHabitatHangers.
