Cooking Pasta The Eco Friendly Way

by David Allen on Wednesday, November 26th, 2008

Some people believe that the traditional way of cooking pasta is not too eco friendly this is because of the amount of water and energy needed to cook the pasta. After the pasta has been served its carbon foot print is huge.

However, with this great little device known simply as the New Pasta Pot from Japan, completely changes the way that pasta is cooked. Because of the design, the pasta cooker only requires a small amount of water; it takes less time and therefore uses less power.
