High Protein Vegan Shake [VIDEO]

Found this neat recipe on video for a high protein vegan shake. And if you’re wondering who is the hunky guy preparing it? It is none other than NFL tight end Tony Gonzalez, who happens to be a vegan athlete.

The vegan shake recipe consists of loads of fiber dense, anti-oxidant rich and nutrient filled fruits.

Ingredients:
Spinach, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, banana, rasberries, boysenberries, pineapple, mango, ACAI, a scoop of protein powder, and rice or almond milk. Blend and drink! [watch the video]
