Eco Button Promises Better PC Standby Mode, But Is This True?
I’ve come across the Eco Button, this gadget claims to provide better PC standby mode, than what is currently available on most desktop computers.
But are the claims for real? Prior to writing this post, i did some research to see what i could find on standby modes in computers. What did i find? I found nothing. According to the Eco Button, when you attach this device to your PC via a USB port, you then press the button and your computer goes into LEVEL 3 Standby Mode.
Well, if you’re a naturally curious person like myself, the first question that is going to pop into your head, is what level of standby mode does my PC currently go into?
According to Eco Button the standard is Level 1.
So i was perusing my computer panel, and it does not really go into THAT MUCH DETAIL. It doesn’t specify, (as far i could i see), the mode level. So if you are a computer savvy individual reading this, and care to shed some light on the matter. Please jump right in.
