Indoor Window Cleaner
Fill a spray bottle with water, 2 tbsp (25 mL) of lemon juice and a 1/2 cup (125 mL) of white vinegar. Spray and wipe off with a rag or newspaper (your grandma was right, it works!). Shake well before each use.
Super Simple Tub and Sink Scrub
Make a paste with baking soda and water. Scrub and rinse for further sanitizing. For further sanitizing, use an all-purpose or vinegar and water spray.Drain De-clogger
Pour baking soda down drain. Add white vinegar and cover drain if possible. Let sit for five minutes, then pour a kettle of boiling water down the drain. (The vinegar and baking soda break down fatty acids, allowing the clog to wash down the drain.) This method can be used weekly to help prevent drain clogs. Do not use this method if you have used a commercial drain opener and it may still be present in the drain.
