Eco-friendly Ice Skating at the LA Zoo

Ice skating is expected to be a common pastime for most people this winter season and the LA Zoo is bound to be a great stop for most especially with the opening of this Hybrid Ice Skating Rink. On December 11, 2009, a skating rink will be added to the holiday celebrations already in full swing at the L.A. Zoo. At just $5 a session, the skating rink is a welcomed addition to the Zoo’s annual holiday celebration, Reindeer Romp, where patrons can visit Santa’s reindeer and enjoy other festive activities through January 3, 2010.
