I was looking at a shopping blog, and came across a nail polish post, and thought to myself, nail polish cannot possibly be eco friendly. Too many chemicals and last time i walked into a nail salon at a local mall, my god, i wondered how on earth it was possible that the workers there weren’t all high with the chemicals permeating through the air, it was so strong, i couldnt wait for my friend inside, i had to wait outside.

I did some research (a/k/a did a search on yahoo) and found a great selection of eco friendly nail polish, including this brand called PeaceKeeper Cause-Metics. This line of all natural nail polish does not use any chemicals in their products, such as toluene, formaldehyde, acetone phthalates, parabens, FD&C coloring plus no animal testing.

They carry mineral based make-up including lip balms, lipstick, and more. I also like the funky names they give their colors, pictured above is Paint Me Stunning, a pinkish nail polish. They also carry a few vegan items.
