Eco Friendly Wins Project Runway

by David Allen on Friday, October 17th, 2008

With yet another series of Project Runway over, the designers head off back to their homes, but for one the big time is just starting and this time the designer is a fan of eco friendly clothing from Portland, Oregon.

Leanne Marshall uses sustainable materials in all of her designs and this was true in her final winning piece, which was made up from over fifty per cent eco friendly and sustainable materials. Apart from the fame, Leanne also won $100,000, a Saturn Hybrid, a feature in Elle, an agent and expose like this throughout the world.
