Meet All Organic Restaurant, Gusto!
The very first (all organic ingredients) restaurant opened earlier this year in the US, its name is Gusto!

Very fitting name for a restaurant, as it stands for the word Delight, in Spanish. Gusto Organics is the first restaurant in America that serves all organic food, including breakfast, brunch, lunch, and a dinner menu.
The all organic restaurant is situated in New York City, and was established by a former Argentinian named, Alberto Gonzales. He came here many years ago, and found that fresh food that was within his price range, was hard to find in NY. So Alberto decided to open up a place himself, which offered the type of food he was looking to eat.
All food served in the restaurant is 100% USDA certified organic, (except for the water and salt), and this is no small feat. He obtained verification for the first ever all organic restaurant in New York, and as it was a first for both, they ventured to learn the process together.
On the restaurant menu, Albert states:
Gusto Organics is three restaurants in one. We serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner seven days a week. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. we are also a self-service restaurant serving slow food at a fast pace: grilled pizzas, piadinas (thin Italian flatbread), sandwiches, empanadas, soups and a salad bar. From five p.m. on we have table service with a candle atmosphere and a different menu featuring risottos, gluten-free pastas (I don’t need to eat gluten-free and I still love our pasta), filet mignon with mashed potatoes, grilled chicken, etc. And on weekends and holidays we do an all-organic brunch from 11 to 4 p.m., serving crepes, omelets and so on.
