Get Paid .06 Per Empty Soda Bottle
What a revolutionary idea Terra Cycle has come up with, for all of us to not only deter soda plastic bottles from ending in the local landfill, but also in turn create NEW! products, and get paid for it.
With The Bottle Brigade Program available through Terra Cycle, you can sign up to collect soda plastic bottles, and get paid .06 per bottle, which will go to a charity of your choice, either a school or organization. If you don’t have a charity in mind, you can also just pick their default charity.
How does it work?
The way it works is that they send you a box, which you then fill up with your empty, cleaned, and de-labeled soda plastic bottles. You then fill up the box with your recycled bottles, you get paid twice a year, in June and December.
What do they do with the bottles?
Terra Cycle upcycles the plastic bottles and creates all types of goodies, including bags, pencil boxes, and lots more.
