Go Green Visa Credit Card
Doha Bank has announced the launch of their eco-friendly credit card, the Go Green Visa Credit Card. The card itself is made from biodegradable material and ensures that 1% of all customer spending will be converted into Green points and then donated to an approved green cause. This includes causes like tree planting in Qatar.
The tie-up is good for the eco-friendly efforts most businesses are required. But as far as acquiring a credit card at this point of the financial crisis, it may not necessarily translate into something ideal. Regardless, you have to commend Doha Bank for their effort. Let us see who will bite with their new green deal.
