Green Townhomes Hit North Little Rock
As KLRT Fox in North Little Rock reports, a new green development, City Grove, has hit the downtown area, consisting of 70 green townhomes.
The first unit (out of 70), has just opened up and is ready for viewing. The green townhomes will each feature a series of eco friendly amenities and features, such as dual flush toilets, energy efficient appliances, and water conserving showers. The entire development is close to public transportation, which makes it easy for residents to bike, bus, or trolley to and from work.
The green townhomes will go for between $250,000 and $350,000. The development has caused quite a stir in North Little Rock, with everyone from the town mayor to local businesses, in awe of the buzz.
