For anyone who likes ice cream but is worried about the environmental impact of such products, there is help at hand from those ice cream makers who specialise in the luxury end of the market, Haagen Dazs with the launch of “Five”.
To make this product eco friendly, the makers have reduced the fat and the ingredients have been reduced down to just five, skimmed milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks, and natural flavours that include mint, ginger, coffee, vanilla bean, and passion fruit, of course they could have gone down the organic route, but small steps are better than nothing at all.
