HP and Bell Going for Greener Technology
Technology has been known to be among the leaders when it comes to fast-paced development. This includes current standing events in the field of green awareness where most companies have been brainstorming to provide a greener way of carrying on their business.
HP and Bell Micro, two widely known distributors have taken it upon themselves to kick of the green awareness program of the IT industry by promising to deliver greener IT infrastructures. The flagship will of course commence for their datacenter to which other products and services will follow.
“Resellers will get marketing collateral and funding to rebrand the packages as their own. They need to be green themselves so we will also offer each VAR a datacentre assessment of their business so they can show customers they’re not just talking the talk, they’re walking the walk,” said Greenham.
