It’s a wrap
Wrapping a present is a nice touch, but when you think of special occasions like xmas, birthdays and so on, the amount of wrapping paper used is just enormous and at the end of the day, gets ripped up and thrown away, which is not very nice and very wasteful.
Jenny Wren Paperie shows how an old Japanese art of Furoshiki can really make a present look special, but without wrapping paper, it uses 100% cotton wraps, but there is a recycling opportunity here, why not use your old scarf’s or other fabrics?
