Jakaranda Wood Serving Tray

Have you guys heard of Eco Salon? This is a relatively new green blog, and (like Keetsa) it features lots of neat eco friendly products, news, and tidbits.

Today i found a lovely jakaranda wood serving tray handmade by artisans in Kenya. The weaving is attached to the serving tray by hand, and it qualifies as a fair trade product.

Which means the Kenyan artisans who produce it, are paid a fair living wage. (via Eco Salon)
