Jewellery Made From Old Inner Tubes

by David Allen on Thursday, December 4th, 2008

Jewellery comes in all shapes and sizes these days, with the most expensive running into millions of dollars, while at the other end of the scale things are not so grand. However, there is sector within this industry that offers a green alternative.

These are designed by Christiane Diehl from Hanover in Germany; she makes them by collecting old inner tubes from bicycles and other reclaimed materials to come up with a seriously green and desirable range of jewellery.
