KFC UK Goes For Eco Packaging

Fast food restaurants are having a hard time in the UK over waste paper and packaging, in order for KFC to reduce their annual rubbish out by fourteen hundred tonnes, they are planning on changing their packing to a more eco friendly type.

 

Instead of the traditional cardboard boxes and clamshells, they will putting their food into paper bags and wrappers, reducing the amount of waste by 588 tonnes during the first year and make things even better all of this new packaging is produced from sustainable sources and is a hundred per cent recyclable and biodegradable.
