Lampshade Made From Bottlecaps

by David Allen on Thursday, October 30th, 2008

This is one of those lampshades that you do not even have to buy; this is because you can quite simply make it yourself. The great thing about making itself is that you are able to decide the shape, colour and size of the lampshade.

You will need around a hundred plastic bottle caps, these can come from juice, milk or mineral water bottles, some cardboard and some brass wire to keep them all together, and the basic build is simple. Make hole in the cap, thread the wire through and fix it to the cardboard, it is easy.
