Make your own baby wipes
You just cannot get any more eco friendly than making your own baby wipes with of course all natural ingredients; here is how you do it:
Ingredients:
1 roll standard *Bounty paper towels.
1 tablespoon organic almond oil (or other preferred skin-friendly oil).
1 tablespoon eco-friendly baby wash.
1 cup warm water.
If desired - 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil; I use lavender.
1 3-qt capacity reusable seal able container.
What you will need to do:
Cut the roll of towels in half, use other half for the next batch.
Fill measuring cup with warm water, add oil and the baby wash, place roll in the container and pour moisture over the roll, cover and leave until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Once all the liquid has gone, then the wipes are ready to use.
Please note that Bounty is the only kitchen roll that will allow you to do this, this is because of the absorption and strength of the towel, and you will get around 56 wipes per batch.
