New Kit Enables Any Car To Go Hybrid

How would you like to save an additional X amount of gallons of gas per month?

Well with a new hybrid kit created by an IBM engineer, you might be able to. The creator of the kit claims any car can be converted to a hybrid, and thus saving the US 120 millions gallons of fuel per day.

The Plug-in retrofit hybrid kit works by adding in an electric motor inside each wheel.

“The motors would be powered by extra batteries installed in the automobile’s trunk. The kit will cost between $3,000 to $5,000.”
