No Time Left For Old Light Bulbs
In Ireland, they are preparing to phase out the old style light bulb in favour for the eco friendly light bulbs, but maybe not all is going well when it comes to this switchover despite the obvious benefits that can be gained from eco friendly light bulbs.
During March 2009, the only light bulb available in the seventy five watt category will be the co friendly ones. However, this has raised concerns among some people, so much, so that consumers are urged to put their point across by writing to alex_hurley@environ.ie or by post to Alex Hurley, National Climate Change Policy Section, Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Custom House, Dublin 1, by the 14th November 2008.
