When you see something like this on the road you do not have to be told that it is eco friendly, I mean just look at it!
This has been made by students from Germany who has tried to make this bike from as much eco friendly material as possible, obviously the tyres are always going to be a problem but even certain types of wood may not be considered as being eco friendly.
