Totally agree with the posters above. DISASTER like you wouldn't believe. Our job was botched and abandoned. Aside from the safety issue posed by the electrical violations, THOUSANDS of dollars worth of tiles had to be ripped from floors and walls as the whole bathroom and the kitchen floor had to be redone. Paint needed to be redone. Ceiling replaced because it wasn't green board (and would grow mold). How is this amount of waste “Green” exactly? What a sick joke.

This is a fictional account of NYKB. They are crooks, on par with Bernie Madoff. You will never get a kitchen that is Green nor proffessionally done but you will pay for it big time. Run as far as you can. Anyone can write a Press Release. That doesn’t mean it’s True.

NYKB are total rip off artists. The scopes/admendments are a method of gouging customers. They sell you a dream that they are unable to deliver

NYKB is a ripoff operation, pure and simple. They do hideously bad renos (which are FAR, FAR from ‘green’ as they need to be redone–among other reasons) and charge extortionate prices for their many “scope changes” (one of their gouging m.o’s). They’ve recently hired a PR guy, Ted Pratt, to do damage control on account of their well-deserved craptastic repuatation. STAY AWAY, New Yorkers!
