If you happen to come across a ginger bread house over at Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte, chances are this is the Green Gingerbread House that everyone is raving about. The Ginger Bread House was made by chef Jon Farace and the culinary team of the hotel to uphold its green theme. It measures 10 by 14 feet wide. It is designed with LED lights and a green vegetated moss roof.

The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte’s Green Gingerbread House complements the hotel’s upcoming series of Holiday Teas, which will be offered within the hotel’s residential-style 15th floor Living Room on December 12, 19 and 26.
