Over 55’s most likely to be green
It seems that the older generation are more likely to embrace the eco friendly lifestyle their younger counterparts, this is according to a survey by ICOM information and communications. The survey found that nearly sixty two per cent of those mature people surveyed use some sort of eco friendly product.
It is women aged between fifty five and fifty nine who are more likely to use green products than the average consumer is, although male aged between sixty five and sixty nine are 1.7 times more likely to use an eco friendly product. Thirty three per cent of the entire survey said that they use green products because it makes them feel better.
