Planet Relief cancelled by the BBC
It was supposed to be a night of stars and serious thoughts about what is happening to our planet, yet today we find the controversial Planet Relief tv event of the year has been cancelled by two of the top executives, the begin it goes beyond the remit of the BBC to produce a programme of this nature.
The comes from the airing of the Live Earth event, this took over the whole channel and lasted all day long, which is not what the BBC is supposed to do.
But campaigners are callng the BBC cowards for not being brave enough to put on the Planet Relief event. But there be more to come on this one, as the event is planned for early next year, and as we all know anything can happen in that sort time, anything at all.
