by David Allen on Friday, May 18th, 2007

With all the eco friendly things that people can do to offset their carbon footprint, having a green wedding can be one the largest contributions to reducing your own carbon emissions.

But how do you go about planning a green wedding? Simple like with any project, and a wedding should be considered a project, Portovert is a magazine that can help, because it is not just about the wedding, it’s the honeymoon, the gifts, the food and even the clothes that can be eco friendly.

If you look at a normal wedding you have cars, planes and everything else associated with the big day, but think again about all the emissions that have been made just to get the day off perfectly, it is an awful lot.
