Postal dept sell stamps and seeds

by David Allen on Wednesday, June 6th, 2007

dutch stamps

This a great eco friendly idea, but it does follow an already used idea the simple process of loading a piece of paper with seeds, so that when you have finished with the paper you just simply place the paper in water and there you go, get enough stamps and you get a whole flower bed!

seed stamps

The Dutch postal service (TNT Post) is responsible for this idea, but there is one slight thing that is defiantly not good, they place the seeds or seed whatever it is under the stamp, and then cover them with plastic!! So even if you just threw the whole envelope into the garden, after the paper had dissolved away the plastic would still be there.
