There is more to campaigning for a cleaner and greener environment. You have to put the pawns into place. Such is the issue on recycling, something that Barcelona has overlooked and has rendered the entire effort useless.
One can just imagine how people would perceive the recycling campaign ads of Barcelona has been airing. While the message may be sent clearly, there is still the matter of putting strategies into place. Otherwise, all ads will be considered as fiction and why bother listening or watching them if you cannot even get past the important step of a recycling process.
