Is there anyone who likes junk mail? Or what I should say, Is there anyone out there who will admit to liking junk mail?

Well for those people who do not like it, and in fact would actually like to see the back of it forever, there is an organization that can help you. Green Dimes will stop your junk mail and plant a young tree every month on your behalf.

Did You Know?

To produce junk mail for one year, we use 100 million trees and 28 billion gallons of water.

No that makes you think!

To join Green Dimes at the entry level, Sapling it will cost just $36 per year, that’s about a dime a day.

  • Gidday,

It's amazing how many resources we use just in our own home. Have you ever tried figuring out what your impact is on the environment?

Stopthejunkmail.com has a partnership with American Forests organization to plant trees for our members and they are a really brilliant tool called the "Climate Control Calculator". The Nature Conservancy also has another called the "Carbon Calculator" so you can calculate your personal impact on the environment. It's amazing what we produce from even switching on a light bulb.

Every little bit helps, try switching to flourescent bulbs, Australia is mandating it for every household by 2010!
